Sleep OS Terms and Policies

These Terms and Policies govern all purchases, access, and use of Sleep OS digital materials, including all associated workbooks, tools, guides, and related resources (“Materials”). By purchasing or accessing any Sleep OS program, you agree to the following terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Materials.
1. Access and Licensing
1.1 Grant of License
Upon confirmed purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Materials for personal educational purposes only.
This license does not convey ownership. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Kat Fu and The Longevity Vault (“the Publisher”).
1.2 Restrictions on Use
You may not:
• Share, distribute, transfer, lease, or resell the Materials to any other individual or entity.
• Post, publish, upload, or make any portion of the Materials publicly available on any website, platform, or forum.
• Create derivative works, modify, adapt, or incorporate the Materials into other products or services.
• Reproduce or excerpt substantial portions of the Materials in print or digital form without prior written authorization.
• Use the Materials or any related brand assets in marketing, advertising, or promotional contexts without express permission.
1.3 Platform and Delivery
Access to the Materials is provided through Notion or other digital platforms designated by the Publisher.
Delivery is considered complete upon provision of access credentials or workspace invitation. Access remains available for as long as the program continues to be offered by Sleep OS. Access does not imply perpetual hosting or future re-releases in alternate formats or delivery systems.
1.4 Intellectual Property
All content within the Materials—including but not limited to text, tables, graphics, frameworks, and instructional design—is protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
The names “Vault Sleep OS,” “The Longevity Vault,” “Kat Fu,” and associated logos, system names, and course titles are protected trademarks.
No rights or licenses are granted by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property owned or controlled by the Publisher except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
1.5 Revocation of License
The Publisher reserves the right to revoke access without refund if these terms are violated, including but not limited to redistribution, unauthorized sharing, or derivative use.
Revocation may occur immediately upon determination of breach. Continued possession or use of downloaded or printed content following revocation constitutes infringement under applicable copyright law.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 All Sales Final
Because Sleep OS products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
No cancellations, chargebacks, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access has been delivered.
2.2 Duplicate Transactions
Verified duplicate transactions resulting in multiple charges for the same product will be refunded in full upon confirmation of duplicate billing by the payment processor.
2.3 Technical Issues
Technical support is available to ensure access to purchased content.
Technical issues are not grounds for refund.

3. Technical Support
Support is limited to resolving access, navigation, or account-related issues.
Support does not include personalized guidance, sleep analysis, hormone interpretation, or health-related recommendations.

The Publisher is not responsible for access issues caused by user-side factors such as browser settings, internet connectivity, or third-party platform outages.
4. Privacy and Data Policy
4.1 Information Collection
When you make a purchase or access the Materials, limited personal data (such as name, email address, and payment confirmation) is collected solely for transaction processing and delivery of services.
4.2 Data Protection
All data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Your information will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except where necessary to deliver the purchased product (e.g., through payment processors or hosting platforms).
4.3 Communications

It is not designed to replace professional evaluation or medical care.

Use of the Materials signifies acknowledgment that:
