From Overworked to Optimized
In 2007, while juggling an 80+ hour corporate job, I dove into health optimization. Over time, I discovered that more individualized & contextualized approaches delivered better results with less effort.
A Shift in Focus
Then 2020 brought an unexpected twist: I fell in love with music. This new passion shifted my focus from performance to longevity. I wanted more years—and more energy in those years—to pursue it. But I found the longevity world facing the same problems I’d seen in performance optimization—smart, health-conscious adults doing the “right” things and still not where they wanted to be in their sleep, energy, or long-term health.
